Quicksilver because he can run faster that sound, but superman can only run faster than a speeding bullet.

Superman is faster then Quicksilver. Superman can move just below the speed of light and is as quick as the flash. Quicksilver is fast and all but could never out run or even catch The Flash in a race...Superman is quicker .

Absolutely Superman, at least the one I remebered, I stopped buying/reading at the "Death of Superman" series. Marvel liked their heroes to be less opposed to the laws of physics. Heroes like the Flash, or Supes, have mass. To have them travel at the speed of light, or beyond...well, there is a reason why they call them comic books. Quicksilver is fast, but nowhere near speed of light fast, let alone break that barrier. Also, to the best of my knowledge, Quicksilver can't control the speed at witch individual atoms in his body vibrates.
Of course, he has other qualities that make him interesting, such as he's an overbearing pompous self righteous a$$, but nobody's perfect. My guess, he's a Democrat

what I want to know is how the hell did you answer your own question, speedy. well there was a question similar to this posted about Superman and the Flash and if you recall the Justice League episode where they actually race it turns out to be a tie, I would have to say that since the Flash is as fast as Quicksilver that race would end in a tie as well.

Superman - he went into space and reversed time. Commonly thought of as going faster than the speed of light which most phsyicists believe is impossible.
