Probably almost all - just that there's no one lab in the world that can perform all those tests in such an extremely short period of time with no problems whatsoever. Given 5 or 6 months and a chance to draw on service from any lab in the world, you could most likely duplicate their results.

Most of the science in CSI is real, except for one factor - TIME. You do NOT get a DNA match in a matter of minutes or even hours; you don't solve a case in the space of a TV show. That being said, the majority of the science is valid stuff - it's just accelerated to fit into the time allotted for a TV show and keep the audience's interest.
