-Not if it lands on a bunch of pillows.

it all depends on how you look at it.
If someone hears it than to them it makes a sound but if u don't hear it you cant really say it makes a sound because our brain sometimes leads you to think something else but yeah technically it does make a sound.

Or... some forest creatures hear it, and relay the information to a passing forest ranger who has the ability to talk to animals, and he passes it on to the neighbors, who pass it on to the newspapers, who pass it on to big city dwellers, who pass it on to foreigners, who tell the French, and they make a big woop about it like it was their tree, and they tell their story at an international going train station, it morphs into a tale, and then it becomes an Urban Legend. Yeah?!
