Yes, in fact about 3.9 billion years ago the Earth is though to have been completely molten, so it has already cooled down a lot since then. When that happens the Earth will become tectonically inactive (dead).

the in undemanding words way the Earth can cool is by ability of radiation into area. There are those who have self assurance that the solar replaces the flexibility lost by ability of the Earth precisely, so in accordance to them, the Earth's center received't cool until eventually the solar dies. Others have self assurance that the Earth is heated besides by ability of nuclear reactions in the middle.

Our sun will not go nova, and earth's core won't cool down enough to have an effect before our sun expand and engulf earth. For the sake of argument, if the earth's core cool down, apart from geographically inactive, all lives will perished since we'll loss our magnetic field which protect us from solar storms and flares.

it will but since its cooling so slowly, it wont happen before teh sun kills teh earth. the sun actualy wont supernova just yet, it will expend into a red giant which will eath us like pacman, stay like that for a few million to billon years, teh exlode, by then the earth would be long gone. but if the sun didnt do that then it would cool eventually

Answer - Yes. But not in our lifetimes. I think the sun will burn out more quickly unless we start having major eruptions for long periods of time. Or maybe if a giant earthquake opens a huge crack under the Oceans and water start coming in.....

It will take billions of years for our outer core to solidify and billions more to cool further. The sun has a finite life so yes it will cool down eventually in several billion years IMO.

Its possible, thats what happened to Mars. But I doubt it'll happen, the sun could go super nova and destroy the Earth long before that. Of course our understanding of the universe is still in its infancy and we will probably need to rewrite science books someday.
