You should have given your location in Delhi for genuine shopping intention for the said products. Delhi is not a small village to cover just like that. However, any reasonable General Store keep stock of lingerie matching the kind of demand in its respective area all over Delhi. Swim wares can be seen at major General /Departmental stores in select localities of Delhi. Stores like Westside, Ebony etc. also keep stocks of both the kind of products you mentioned in your question.
