I have great communication skills
I listen
I can get people to focus on a common goal
I have great conflict resolution skills
I care more about accomplishing the result than I do about personal glory

First I'm a man of a king (GOD), and I've always done things my way and never allowed no one to think or do for me, except what god puts in my heart. I will not allow humanity to seduce me in anyway! I am a loving, caring, helpful person, and if I had my way there would be no hate, anger, or wars like these greedy politicians of the world, all they care about is money&power! This is no way to be a leader, by taken and not given, this is just a little something of who I am, I could go on for hours of how I'd be a great leader. Take Care, & God Bless You!

Be kind and patient and a passionate listener
Be open to suggestions
Be a clear communicator

Make decisions and make them quickly when needed.

Be creative and find ways to help people.
Be positive.
Be interested.
Sacrifice.
I try to do all these things everyday...
Somedays, I'm better than others.

I'm a good organizer, work well with others, disciplined, care about people, information gatherer, not impulsive dont make decisions on the spare of the moment, unless it is worth it cannot be easily swayed, once i make a decision i stick to it, work well under pressure.
