I found a place called Anime Crave, but it's the only place I know with a lot of anime, and it doesn't have Saikano.

*Sigh* Type in YouTube. This is a website where people submit videos of themselves, music videos, shows, virtually anything. Your show is sure to be there. Once you're in the website, there will be a box in the upper right hand corner of the page. You can then type in the title of the video you want. It doesn't have to be the exact title, it can just be "anime" or something. Good luck!

you can watch them on youtube, or if you want to download episodes, go to www.realitylapse.com. they have a lot of different anime and they might have what you're looking for!
