i am away to start doing something i have never done before once a week starting next week and i am looking for ideas!

having aconversation with a stranger, ordering something on the menu i've never eaten before, helping out some one when i see them, calling up an old friend and just saying hi, i know, some of these have been done before, but u'd be surprised how much just waving at a stranger can make their day

I'd like to research an interesting subject throughly, then give a speech about it to a packed auditorium. I would be referring to the paper of course. But it's kind of a cool feeling when you can get yourself to calm down so much on your own.
