Prison break is good, Channel 11 starts at 8 pm
24, Channel 11 Starts at 9 pm.
What about Brian, channel 5, starts at 10 pm (probablly too late for you)

Survivor - Thursday at 8:00 on CBS
and try Supernatural...though it's at 9:00 on Thursdays...on the CW <---amazing show! :)

Charmed is pretty good, if you're into magic and stuff like that. I recommend The Black Donelleys. It comes on pretty late, but you can watch episodes online at nbc.com.
