The ghost that had a blue and a green eye. the story says she jusped into the river on a family outing and hit her head on rovk. Blood was gushing from her head and her bidy was never found. So she haunts all the little girls who are camping by the river with their families. She supposedly drives people mad... and makes them jump in from stress.
