Assuming you are putting the softener in the right section, the softener is syphoned out, the water goes in, increases the level, and it syphons out (look at the drawer carefully) . If therefoe you overfill the softener it will syphon out immediatly

Simple :) - if you buy a very cheap conditioner the dose is HUGE. If you buy a quality concentrated conditioner like Lemor - the does is small - the washing machine makers have to ensure the conditioner space is large enough to cope with your choice of liquid ....hence - you pour in a lenor dose and its GONE.....but try one of the pound shop conditioners and you wil see it fills the section nicely. BTW - its not gone - its sitting inside out of sight waiting to be used so DONT ADD MORE :)

:)

i think it is supposed to go to the clothes straight away. the powder stays because it needs water to move it..... put your conditioner in just before the final spin to get the max benefit. doesnt mater what drawer it goes in, it will dissapear.

from how you wrote your question it looks like your putting yor conditioner in the wrong section on my washing machine and one`s before this one it has always gone at the edge of the draw and not the middle ?
hope that helps .

mine has a little mark on it so if it goes past the mark the softener disappears so you might be putting too much in
