In Pokemon Leaf Green at what level does Nidorina evolve?

I have been working very hard to raise my Nidorina to a high level, but she won't evolve. Help please?

You have to use a moon stone on it. And you can't buy one because they don't have it at the shops. I go to Mt. Moon to get moon stones. What I do is catch Clefairy and sometimes they're holding moon stones, but not all the time. I hope I helped!! =^_^=

You have to use a Moon Stone. I can't remember right now where to get one, but you should have one by now.
