Almay has the best eye make up remover, they a little white pads so after you use them you just throw them away. I would advice against the moisturizing ones though they tend to be really oily and can irritate the eyes. Maybelline has the best mascara, either one will do but thats my favorite. Covergirl has the best foundation and powder, they are also reasonably priced, very inexpensive, they also have lots of products that will match your skin tone really well, which at department stores can really pricey. They also have the best blush and bronzer. L'oreal also has really good mascara and awesome lip gloss. Rimmel has never been a favorite of mine, it reminds me of middle school make-up. Bonne bell has the really good liquid eyeshadows, but get your shimmers and such from revlon, they have the best colors. Hope it helps! You may want to also try neutrogeana (sorry not sure how you spell it) for really good products that won't irritate your skin if its really sensitive.

I think it depends on your needs... Personally I think I've used Maybelline the most, followed by Cover Girl. Maybelline/Cover Girl/Bonne Bell and maybe Rimmel are best price wise. Almay is known for skin friendliness esp. for sensitive skin. Max Factor, L'oreal, and Revlon are expensive (Almay is also not cheap) but in my experience those three are no better for your money than Maybelline unless they make something that the less expensive brands don't.

I don't wear any of these, I use Fashion Fair or Estee Lauder, but for variety, I'll have to go with Covergirl. I've seen the pages in Ebony and Essence magazines with Queen Latifah and three other women and they all had different complexions-but CG had something for each woman.

DRUG STORE MAKE UP IS NEVER THE BEST! go to a sephora or nordstrom and have some one help you. It really depends on what kind of make up you want and the style you want.
