The Chemical used in Dry Cleaning is called perketholean I can't spell it but we called it Perk at work, it is a federally regulated chemical and unless you are a licensed dry cleaner you can not buy it.
Dry cleaners have to account for every once of it when they have spills which does happen they have to report it. It is a very expensive chemical and Highly monitored I can only think of one reason someone would want to purchase it if they are not a dry cleaner.
