I'm wearing great clothes for non-school uniform day but they seem to be a bit drab in colour (grey and white) so I was wondering what sort of make up I should wear to brighten the whole image up. The only thing I know for certain is that I'm wearing a shocking pink lipgloss. If you need to know, I am 15.

and to be houest, i think you should keep it natural, i know makeup is a big thing but sometimes makeup can make people uglier then pretyer. shocking pink lipgloss doesnet sound the best of ideas. thats just me. i think sparkly to clear lip gloss from bath and body works or victora secret is good, and a light blue eye liner with mascara is perfect. it adds definition to a persons face without everyone staring at your make up instead of your natural beauty

you should use a shimmerey (silver or blue) metallic colored eyeliner . and for eyeshadow, apply shimmery metallic (blue or silver) eyeshadow and just wear clear lipgloss.
but if u absolutely want to wear your hot pink lipgloss then you should just use the tip of the foam thingy for eyeshadow "dip" the tip only in the eyeshadow ( use pink to match your lipgloss) and run the tip firmly on tips of your eyelid (use it as an eyeliner) you should use a hot pikish glittery/metallic eyeshadow.
(also..im not sure if pink makeup would go well with your outfit but if you think it matches your outfit then its your choice) hope it works out! sorry its kinda confusing

yuckk the non uniform dress days... i hate those.
BUT i think that you should'nt wear the pink lipgloss, but go for a more subtle lip and do the wild eyeshadow!
Urban Decay has some really different eyeshadow colors like Hot Pants which is a really bright pink, then they have a really bright blue and all that stuff.
so go for a subtle lip and go over the top on eyeshadow!

Go with white and black, only in an exotic and shocking looking way. And if you aren't going to seriously reconsider that lipgloss(I think you should!), go with some rosy-colored bling, like a butterfly necklace and some earring if you can.

denims and an exquisite tee consistently is going down exact in case you haven't any longer to any extent further have been given a good outfit then upload-ons could make an outfit. no...u dont want to look like a cheap whore (no offense) but bright makeup looks really bad & u should use darker colors...black looks good around the eyes & brown...pink or red for ur ckeeks...this may not sound very interesting, but wearing bright colors is not what u should focus on...making urself looking good is

I believe it's jewelry that dresses up a dull outfit, not makeup. Especially not "shocking pink lipgloss"....yuck.
