What is a book of quotations and what is a jacket of a book? The Book of Quotations is obviously some kind of book that has quotations (I think)... What is it used for? I tried to find out, but I can't find any answer.

Also... what is a jacket of a book? What is the main purpose of the jacket? No, not a coat or something... ;D
