What things should be serviced / replaced to improve gas mileage, emissions, horse power etc on an older car?

it will help minimally. for better gas milage, get the mile-service interval closest to your milage on your car, it is all inclusive. Try to use Seaform brand top-end cleaner in your PCV valve, gas and oil.

egr valve is a replacement...not a clean

You don't clean it, you replace it. It will then pass the smog test if you're in one of those states.

first of all you dint clean it you change it its worth only 20$ max it might idle better that all
