If you have a Merle Norman store nearby you can try their creme eyeliners - they are terrific. Get their eyeliner brush too. Mine stays on all day, Aubergine is a really pretty plum color, and they have gray, brown and other colors too.

use an eye base and wet your liner brush before putting it in the shadow. there is definitely something to be said for quality makeup--mine doesnt' do that at all. if you are using a pencil you may want to switch brands.

well if ur outside alot, sweat makes it smear.
and if ur inside, ur eyes might get watery alot
so that might make it smear.

to stop it from smearing- if you use dry eyeliner.
try putting eyeshadow around ur eye beofre u apply the liner.
that way, the powder will prevent it from smearing to far.

try something water evidence like mary kay's or maybelines eyeliner. only remeber no longer something is thoroughly going to be smudge unfastened. water-resistant in lots of cases isnt that noticable if it smudges. yet once you dont use water-resistant it ought to smudge in all places :)

because your base isnt good enough...apply a set powder before you put your eyeliner on. you can also get waterproof eyeliner which doesnt smudge at all!
