Im a 16 year old girl and i'll tell you, since birth, i've gotten along better with guys! im still straight and like guys but i get along with guys alot better than girls! My best friend is a girl, and i have 2 more friends that are girls, but i get along with most of the guys i know! one of my closest friends is a guy and i tend to hang out with the guys in our little group more than the girls..and some people have problems with it.
The one who is closest is a guy i've known for years, but we became like brother and sister in teh last year and his gf hates it! she hates me! She gets soo mad every time i say something like "i love you loserface" and stuff like that and when i hug him and stuff like that.. and lord forbid when i stay over at his house! she goes nutty and says mean things when he's not around about me!
i understand its wierd to her for her bf to have another girl sleeping in his room, but why can't she get that were FRIENDS! theres nothing more, nothing less!

I know what you mean about getting along better with guys than girls. And it's not weird to have guy friends. Just tell his gf straight up that you only like him as a friend. If she has a problem with it afterwards than that is her problem. Hope this helps!

Because you were sleeping in his room. She has a reason to be a bit nutty.
But if you can deal with them(boys) then that's you. And I would go a bit nutty if a girl stay over at my bf's house [hypothetically speaking]. Makes your mind wonder. Maybe you should be a little more careful about what you say. And how would she know you were over at his house?.... Shady grady

I have to be honest... I think that you are not seeing the BIG picture. That's fine if you like friends that are guys, but there are some things that aren't your place to do in a guy's life. I DO think that his girlfriend has a right to be upset with you. She shouldn't be gossipping, but you shouldn't be making life hard for your guy friend who is torn between his girlfriend and someone who is supposed to be his friend. If you can't be friends with his girlfriend, then he shouldn't want to be friends and spend time with you. That just isn't appropriate. Sorry. Not what you want to hear, but I think it is the truth.

Im not trying to be rude but you need to seriously back off its your fault she keeps getting mad you shouldnt even be saying i love you loserface its like your hitting on him staying over his house wt is that all about you just got to put yourself in her position cuz she sees you as a threat i see you as a threat you need to seriosuly back off you act like he;'s YOUR b.f AND YOU KNOW WHY BECAUSE YOU LIKE HIM!@ THOUGH YOU DONT KNWO IT YET

Had the same problem in High school! Liked the boys better. The girls were too catty for me. have it explain to his gf.

maby she is a little jelous that you get along with guys so well. Don't stop hanging out with him,if people ask you if you like him just say "as a friend,that it!" And maby you need to talk to your friend about this.

People are weird that way. Friends are friends regardless of gender. Sometimes, people like to involve themselves in the business of others.

easily no longer, I hug all my guy acquaintances. only using fact I hug them doesnt advise i choose to have sexual intercourse with them. Lol. they are only my acquaintances. in lots of cases as quickly as I leave a party, I hug my guy acquaintances.
