It's the beginnning stages. Wait until your contractions are 10 min apart and call your ob. I hate these girls that start screaming CALL THE DOC!!! This being your first baby they will probably send you home the first time you go to the hospital. Walk around alot, drink water cause they will make you anyways, Go ahead and take a shower if you want. contractions start out feeling like period cramps then they get stronger. when they get to thepoint that you are really uncomfortable and are less than 10 min apart is when you want to go to the hospital that is when they most likely will admit you. You might want to call your Doctor due to the cramping, since u are so close to your due date and also 'cus of the diarrhea and vomit can get u dehydrated and u don't want that right before giving birth. Best to tell u what to do is your doctor!! call your OB GYN!!! NOW

Sounds like things may be on the move. Give your Midwife a quick call and maybe nip down for a quick check (that's what they are there for) and just wait. Get some rest and make sure your stuffs all ready just in case. Good luck.

Sounds like labor could be right around the corner. If your cramps seem to come in waves try timing them to see if there's a pattern. You may be entering labor.

Could be false labor, or you could be trying for the real thing. You might also have a touch of the stomach flu.
Wait and see, and if you start to "leak" fluid or anything, call your doctor.

Sounds like the flu. Call the dr to ask for advice. You should be seeing him or him every week by now.

I suggest going to see your doctor you could have an infection. it happened to me which caused me to vomit the whole time.
