The color mean nothing, but the celebration of St. Patrick's day. It has the same affect as regular beer, because it is regular beer with just a little food coloring.

it will be excreeted through the 'solid' waste as an extra bit of color--though it will be more 'dark' than green.
Be careful how much you imbibe. Green beer comes out on your breath and in your blood test as alcohol just like the yellow kind!

No. The coloring is removed before it leaves the body by going through the kidneys. If not, it would be real scary if you drank tomato juice.

Having a toddler, I know blue frosting = green poo. As for green beer, be careful if you drink too much - it stains if you vomit.

No, just like when you drink cranberry juice, it doesn't come out red, or milk, it doesn't come out white. Your body digests all liquids and foods into yellow for a reason.

no you get really drunk if ur at octoberfest they hv the green beer and has a strong tast and you get drunk faster very gd beer

It makes your urine green....that's all....and if you drink enough it will make you drunk. Just as with beets, if you eat too many, your urine will turn red.
