like they do in books, or will you faint from the pain?
And besides any cosmetic imperfections, would you still be able to breathe properly?
Thanks

I would go to the Emergency Room and have an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist look at it, possibly have a plastic surgeon fix it right the first time. That stuff in books is fiction, dear.

I broken mine and there was nothing anyone at home or a regular old doctors office could have done for me. I need
S U R G E R Y to fix everything and get the broken bits out of there.

You will not be able to breathe properly unless you get it fixed, no way. There might be cosmetic imperfections even after getting it "fixed" ~ it doesn't mean it's going to look perfect by any means. It's just going to work better. And it'll be swollen for months, too.

Left untreated you could have chronic (painful!) sinus infections that require antibiotics and as a bonus they'll have to hose out your sinuses at the ENT office.

Don't be a wussy, go to the ER.

You personally cant but if you visit a doctor thay can place it in something like a cast to hold it in place while it heals. If has allready healed the only answer is to have plastic surgery. Most likely you will be able to breathe fine and it is possible but unlikely that you would faint. :)

I've never had it broken that bad. I guess it would be possible.
