both organizations have some tuff guys. in my opinion it depends who u put against who...and if there are weight classes. put mysterio against chuck...he puts rey to sleep. put him against kane or big show...as good as he is at knocking people out he's not gonna KO those dudes with the size difference as it is.
it would be interesting for someone from the ufc could get a big wrestler on the ground like kane and see if they can make him tap.

Gotta go with the UFC, for the most part. I believe some would be good fighters, but overall i think the ufc has to much training. The weight difference is a big factor. Good question though. It makes ya think.
