I need help.I AM 14 and i am 5'2 128lbs. and i have dark blonde hair.i need help on what to wear i am going to maryland for a party at a resturant.No DRESSES OR SKIRTS.i like hip things.i need a shirt,belt,shoes,accessories,and I DONT NEED PANTS.got them.
please help if you have any website please give them

for the top go with a work jactet like a suit jactet womans, a nice
gold earing and the shoes, some nice prom like shoes.

Check out Le Chateau. You are pretty much the exact same size and weight as me and I do that all the time for formal events. Black pair of pants paired with a funky shirt, grab a headband or some bangles and you are good to go. Head to Le Chateau, they have all their new spring stuff in now, ask one of the sale associates for some help. You can't go wrong

I agree with Smartblonde's comment. I have to wonder why you are so against a skirt or dress. I bet you will be in the minority...is that what you are going for? Oh, thats right...you're 14.
Try JC Penny. Look in their clearance section, especially on that budget.
Or EBay.
But, I like going to a store directly...I'm never disapointed with my purchase.

I actually have & positioned on both. oftentimes i'm always in my contacts. -12.50 perscription on those. My glasses? I basically get a pair old Coke bottles and bust them up and positioned on the bottoms in a body.

red or white top... (scoop neck or halter)
black belt (with studs if u want)
simple long gold earrings
gold or silver bangles
but it is kinda hard when u dont really know what kind of pants u r wearing;...=[
