Everyone has an accent. Even you! I'm surrounded by people who have the same accent, so no one notices mine. When I go abroad, however, people think I speak very strangely indeed.

Everyone has an accent. The only way not to is by not talking. So I'll assume you mean a different accent from the culture you are immersed in. Assuming this yes occasionally, I have the typical Southern Ontario accent and therefore get lightly teased about about, out, and such and for saying "eh" a lot.

No, but mainly because I don't have one. Only one "friend" from Manhattan keeps insisting I have a "wicked" New England accent! While people from New England think I'm from New York...go figure! And for the record, it IS possible to have no accent, or a mixture of so MANY, combined with speaking properly, that it's impossible to tell where the person lives.

Sometimes I was born in Nigeria but raised in Georgia so I have a mixed accent which confuses people sometimes lol.
