Do I call the owner of the trailer park, or the city?
The snow is melting and has flooded 3 trailers so far.

The snow is melting from the field across the road. The road goes around the outside of the trailer court, and the trailers are all on the inside of the road. The field goes the length of the court, but is draining across the road directly to my trailer.

It's up to 5 trailers now, and still rising.

Without the luxury of seeing the terrain, I would doubt the city would be responsible. The landlord might be.

No doubt a landscaper could fix YOUR problem. (I emphasized that, as he will make it go away from your property, but then it'll be on someone elses.)

Sounds as though that a drain or culvert is stopped up or either your trailer is in a flood zone.
