I'm a 21 year old student, in the midst of studies and all the chores- I try my best to take some time to ensure I get a decent dinner. But lately, I feel like I've ran out of creative juices.

Would really appreaciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

get a skinless boneless chicken breast
froth up one egg
dip the chicken into the egg
roll the chicken in cornflake crumbs
put chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan
bake in a preheated 350 oven for 45min.

Make a little salad with some greens and tomato whatever you have
include a whole wheat bun or some toast. this is fast..good for you and not too much cleanup.
you just have to be organized and have a few things around.I know its hard but if you make it a habit..organizing food comes easier

How about cottage pie (like shepherd's pie except with beef)

I just made some the other day and it tasted great!

Ingredients:
Packet of mashed potatoes with gravy
Ground beef (readily available at the grocery store)
Frozen peas, carrots and corn (or whatever combination you like)
Small amount of cooking oil

Prepare the packet of mashed potates and gravy according to package instructions. Defrost mixture of vegetables with warm water, and drain. Then, using the cooking oil, fry the ground beef with the vegetables. Add enough gravy to the mixture of beef and vegetables so that it is your consistency of liking. Then, pour that into a dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top.

As a final touch, you can add some chopped parsely and grated parmesan cheese and place the dish under the broiler to get a crispy topping.

Bon appetit!

macaroni casserole

need:
-elbow noodles (like the ones in kraft dinner)
-canned tomatoes diced (1 can)
-one onion chopped fine
-chedder cheese shredded (enough to cover the top or as much as you want :) )
-bread crumbs

directions:
-cook the noodles
-get a deep baking dish and put in the cooked noodles, the can of diced tomatoes and onions.
-stir it up
-add the shredded cheese on top
-then add on top of that a layer of bread crumbs

put in oven for approx. 20 or so minutes (just watch it and when the top is a nice light brown and it's warm inside voila it's done!!)
