Every morning a local gang THE MERC SKINS Steal my morning newspaper. I reported it to the cops but our block is too rough for them to visit. My 80 grand- dad beat one of them up a couple of months ago I think thats why there doing it. Any solutions please.

Put your subscription on hold, and start getting it at the store for a while, or you could always just go out there with some numchucks and kick the crap out of them lol

move from the area, if the block's too rough 4 cops to visit, it definately aint a good area
