Believe it or not, the Asian Chicken Salad has more fat and calories than a Big Mac.....crazy right? Yeah, I worked for Mickey D's, not fun........the healthiest thing they have are parfaits....

I dont think one exists, even the grilled chicken is loaded with MSG. If your just looking for low fat then probably something with grilled chicken but no mayo or fatening dressing. Otherwise maybe hotcakes with no butter? dont know for sure how much fat are in the hotcakes themselves. I did hear once that the egg mcmuffin in pretty low fat especially if you get no cheese but all in all hmmmm probably none of it is HEALTHY although sometimes it sure tastes good!

People say salad is healthy but they are wrong. Unless you eat it plain with no dressing, you might as well get a burger or fries. Those dressings...who knows what's in them so I go with the water.

Actually, you can check out nutrition info on their website. The Asian Chicken Salad is my favorite, very flavorful and only needs a little drizzle of the dressing that comes with it. It's very filling and I don't think I've ever finished one, come to think of it!

water and ask for a salad with none of the crap they put on it (croutons, crackers, chip bits, meat, cheese, dressing, etc.). sounds boring and bland, but probably the healthiest.

Go with the water

Funny story - my little 4 year old nephew used to say this when he saw a fat person... "That person ate too much McDonald's"
