I asked this question a few minutes before but I wrote it out wrong. The question was What does a lion and a slinky have in common. Not difference. I don't know if this changes any of the anwers I recieved a few moments ago.

But this is to the person who made the comment that I do his homework for him. My son has a 2.7 which isn't to bad for his first year in high shool. I do not do his homework but I do help him study and if he asks me to give him a hand I will. As a parent I feel that is part of my job. I'm not going to let my son fail. Even if it means taking him to the library, staying up with him as he writes term papers and studied for his first finals, and buying this computer not even a month ago so he had a way to turn in homework seeing all papers need to be turned in via internet. So tell me where I'm wrong.
To everyone else who has helped out or will help out Thank-you very very much

Good for you for helping out. I only wish more parents took an interest in their child's education.

I believe the answer is in spring compression. A cat's spine is incredibly pliable and can expand and compress more than ours - which helps with the pouncing motion.

Well, may not be worth any extra credit but they have the letters n-i-l in common and that spells 'nil' meaning nothing.

So maybe nothing? Be sure and clarify it so the teacher knows where it came from! LOL! And PLEASE help your child to succeed by encouraging him and helping him study but just make sure that he is also learning those skills so he can go forward with his studies.

Might help if people knew what class this is for. An English teacher might be looking for something totally different from a physics teacher.

I would have to guess that this is referring to the stealth movement made by lions in hunt, and the way their bodies sort of "slink". Or, maybe it is referring to the precise movements of a lion vs. the precise, predictable movements of a slinky.

Good on you for actually taking an interest in your son's schooling. So long as you help him achieve the right answer and don't just give it to him, I don't see a problem.

Sorry, can't help you with the riddle. Good luck!
