The most terrible moments of my life were when my husband of 15 years left me for a younger woman from his office. I am not super religious, but I turned to the Book of Psalms in the Bible and found the only thing that even resembled comfort.

knowing that this is temporary. There are still things to look forward to in the future. things like seeing someone help another person.

i lost my husband in a car accident 2 years ago.
