Yes they do, but in some fish, like sharks it's not made of bone.

FISH ARE VERTEBRATES. THEY HAVE BACKBONES, JUST LIKE REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, BIRDS AND MAMMALS. INVERTEBRATES ARE ANIMALS THAT DONT HAVE BACKBONES, LIKE MOLLUSKS (OCTOPUS, SQUID, SNAILS) AND INSECTS, WHICH HAVE EXO-SKELETONS (HARD SHELLS ON THE OUTSIDE LIKE ANTS AND BEETLES) TO NAME A FEW.
