No, it doesn't get any smaller (or bigger, other than from being erect). And no, you don't go blind or grow hair on your palms! And no, there is no way that anyone can tell if you masturbate, or how often.

Em no, look at it, it grows cause it gets stiff & hard silly.
Some boys are growers others are showers, your propably a shower so it dont grow much when you get a Mr stiffy.

I think there is some merit to this.
If you masturbate multiple times a day, you may notice a difference in the rigidity of your erection.
