This is a very hard answer. I know it is hard to love your friend and have to "rat" on them but now is the time! A 15 year old that is doing this just because you already have it, really need intervention! She may get mad now, but she will thank you for it later!
Try finding a good time to talk with her parents or your parents, they might be able to talk to your friends parents or be present when you do but in my opinion, you should intervene! immediately! Good Luck!

Tell her parents, absolutely. They need to know about this kind of thing. Not only will they have another child in their house, but their own daughter could be in danger. If alot of guys find out about her sexual habits, they could come on to her or try to hurt her for sex. She could also get an STD. Let her parents know. She will get mad at first, but she will thank you in the end. Best wishes for you and your new family!

Tell your friend's parents right away. You might save her from the mistake you made.
I feel sorry for your parents, and your baby, and your BF. These things don't JUST HAPPEN, but they do "just happen" to the people who love you. What a mess!

deffinitly tell her parents she could be getting std's and sti's and when you are younger there isn't a good balance of hormons so less likely to have a healthy baby. getting pregnant is a big deal and if she is going to keep the baby if she does get pregnant she is going to have a hard time supporting herself

what she does on her own time is her business, but i do think that you should talk to her parents. she needs to understand that this is not just her own little doll that she will be able to "play" house with. this is a big deal and a LOT of responsibility. let her know that she will be saying bye bye to her social life and bye bye to her teen/childhood while she still has a little bit of it left before adulthood.
babies take a lot of time and patience. it is definitely not an easy job... and you don't get paid for it! what will she do if her baby gets sick? who will drive her places? what will she do about money to provide for her baby? it's very childish of her to leave that responsibility on her parents.

i am also 15.
and yes you should tell her parents...if you have already confronted her about it.
if you care you would tell her parents.
she could very well end up with and STD. then if she does get pregnant...she could pass it to the baby.
