Why should people be criticized for being racist?

Here's the truth: Everyone is racist. Yeah, you try to lie to yourself and say you don't hate anyone, but deep down inside, you know you hate something about some race. Yeah, u love black people? Why don't you go hang with them in the ghetto ya whitey suburbanite. Oh you love asian people? Or are the asian girls the only thing you talking about? You love hispanic people? Because they work for slave wages and pick your cotton? Shut up people, everybody is racist and should not be bashed for it. Everyone has the right to say whatever they feel about a race without violent retribution. All you people shouting that's racist or some nonsense are a bunch of hypocrites. You all been racist at some point in your lives. The 1st ammendment protects free speech of KKK groups. Why can't all of us be allowed to say racist remarks? American democracy is a hypocrisy. Black people are the most racist of all, black people today use the "n" word like it's a hello. And they are so rude.

True, we are all racist: but there is a little thing called tolerance which you need to understand.

For a start, you said racism doesn't even matter - and then concluded by saying it does matter WHILE being racist.

There's a difference between thinking of racism and acting upon it. It's only human nature to go to what we is familiar to us - and colour of skin is no exception. But once we overcome this primitive fact and begin thinking in the 21st century.

Not every black person is going to be same as every other black person - the same applies for white, green, orange, purple or any other colour of the spectrum.

I don't believe I have ever been racist in my whole life. People should be criticized for being racist because it's wrong to dislike someone because they're different from you, whether it's race, age, politics, religion, or anything else that divides you. Everyone is someones daughter, son, brother mother, father, grandparent...everyone bleeds, hurts, and copes, laughs and plays. That's why people are all the same regardless of color. Because the inner person is the most important of all. All the outside is is a shell to hold our insides in. It means nothing in the scheme of things. Period.

I am an ethnic minority. I don't feel that I have to be an apologist for racists. Some degree of racism will always exist in general, but for the most part people have usually been pretty fair-minded. In any society, there are social 'norms' and in most cases racist remarks generally fall outside of the norm.
