Give her what she will take every 3 hrs. Make sure you burp her good and lay her down. Don't try again for another 3 hrs. she won't starve. But, will learn to eat every 3 hrs. Then when older you can change her to every 4 hrs. with food.

A this young age, I never tried to force a routine. Now it is vital a little later on. maybe around 4-5 months old. Right now, their little bodies are growing and changing constantly. She may just eat a little, feel full, but then get hungry again quickly since her body is using all that nutrition to grow. I wouldn't try to break her of any habit. This should start to fade on it's own in the next couple months, especially around 6 months old when they start getting some baby food. Then it will be very essential to start a rountine, but until then, let her tell you when she is hungry.

ok 1st don't stress my son was a fussy feeder took 1 hour to feed him too. now he is 6 months old he is a big boy and eating solids + 6oz bottle...
I was forever writing about my son and now i can only be happier with the answers i got from here..
What i did was make a jug up in the fridge and pour my portions out each feed of what he was feeding around about was good not much wastage either..
But hey good luck and your baby will be find just hard right now as your baby's body is growing too
Babies don't always drink the same amount, my little boy don't drink all his 6oz bottles all the time.. keep your chin up

I would not let her snack. I would give her 4oz. bottles every 3 hours until she she is drinking the whole amount at one sitting. Are you sure she doesn't have burps in there that are not getting out, and that's why she's ready to eat again in an hour? Also, she might not really "need" that second bit of milk, she might just want to suck. You can try a pacifier to hold her off.

dont let her fall alseep during a feeding, keep moving the bottle in her mouth too get her too suck and wait untill she is very hungury too eat try too hold her with the pacifier as long as u can so when she gets the botttle she will gulp it down, if she doesnt she may have a sucking problem that the doctor should evaluate.

Well if she is falling asleep then maybe you should only give her half. Or maybe she gets tired from feeding and needs to rest. It is only an hour have patience. One hour is not all day long. Hey before you know it she will not be needing your help she will grow up fast and i know before you know it they are grown. It does not seem like it know but the time will fly by fast and they are grown up.
