If cheap is priority.
1. call local radio station to see if they have swap shop ( advertise you want old phone with specs you want )

2. go to providers store to see if they have what you are looking for in turned in phones.

e bay and shopzilla are both good but know that they are used phones you are getting and make sure you read the descriptions carefully because a lot of times, people sell their dead cell phone that could never work again on ebay for its parts. also kknow that when buying a cell phone off these websites, they could break easily and what not. your best bet is getting a new one when your cell phone plan runs out, if thats not for a while then trust ebay. when your cell phone plan runs out, you can get the promotional phones for $20 when you sign up for your new plan and even less sometimes. if you get a more high tech phone like the razor, you can get it at $50 with the plan and the rebate. :D goodluck
