unc, texas a an m, florida and ucla. unc takes it all (they are 7-0 vs top 25 teams!) Those are mine, but if I were to pick between your picks i would have to say Florida because of thier depth and coaching and Georgetown because of thier road record and winning streak at the end of the season.
In the end for the big one go for Georgetown because of thier 6-2 record vs the top25 combined with their hot streak

Florida
Florida would beat Kansas because Florida has better senior leadership and they are hungry to prove people wrong that they can't win a national championship. Kansas has too many unexperienced players. Not enough post defense.
Ohio State
Greg Oden is probably the only big man that can intemidate Roy Hibbert, Georgetown's key center. Ohio State will be able to run up and down on this less athletic team. Conley, OSU's point guard, is more experienced than most freshman.
I like Ohio State in the championship because Florida beat them already once so they've learned from it matured, and now will be ready will Greg Oden actually healthy to beat them.

Listen, before you ask a bunch of people who will win those games, consider who you're putting in the Final Four. You have three number one seeds, and one number two seed. There's a reason it's called March Madness! I'm guessing that you didn't pick many first round upsets either. If I were you, I would go back right now and change that entire bracket. Florida wasn't a top seed when they won last year, and the chances are pretty slim that the final four will have four seeds all as high as that, regardless of which teams they even are.
EDIT: To prove my point, the seeds last year were 4, 2, 11, and 3. That's a total of 20 if you add them up. Yours is 5! Every year people pick the higher seed in just about every game, and they are always sorely disappointed by the George Masons and Bucknells. Don't get caught up in that! I'm warning you now. And whoever gave me a bad answer, I had to laugh, you can't deny the facts.

First off Maryland will beat Florida in the Elite 8and Texas A&M is far to experienced and will beat Ohio state in the Elite 8 but it will be G-Town and Kansas in the Finals with G-Town winning it all because of their frontcourt being way to physical for a finesse type Kansas Team

I by far do not agree with your final four, but that wasn't your question...
Florida would destroy Kansas. They have playmaker beyond playmaker with Brewer, Noah, Horford, Green, and a great shooter in Humphrey. Billy Donovan is a great coach who will lead that team to a championship. (This is the only team I agree with you that will make it to the Final Four.) And in the last 2 years, Kansas was knocked out both times in the 1st round! These guys don't do well as highly-touted favorites and I bet they lose in either their sweet 16 mathcup or their elite 8 matchup. Wright is a great player but, one man cannot do it all.
I think Georgetown could handle Ohio State easily. Ohio State has the best guard in this matchup with Conley and they have the best big man in this matchup with Oden, but they have to go against 5 good playmakers from Georgetown along with a great coach in John Thompson III. G'Town has 2 talented big men in Green and Hibbert and though Oden is better than both, this tandom combined is better than Oden. If Oden is in foul trouble, game over. Then you add in G'Town's Summers, Wallace, and Sapp....game over.
I would predict, if that were the final four
Florida over Kansas 92-81
Georgetown over Ohio State 87-80
I would have to take Florida over Georgetown. Both have 5 or 6 playmakers that include great guards and great big men, but Florida has way more emotion and they have been down this road before...just last year!
Florida over G'Town 82-79....TIGHT MATCHUP

Florida should be able to beat Kansas (if Kansas makes it to the final four). Georgetown could beat Texas if they are able to stop Durant.

Ohio st. wil beat Georgetown because Oden will shotdown Hibbert.
Kansas beat Florida earlier in the yer and i think they would doit again, it is tough to repeat and i dont see Florida doin it.
Then i think Ohio St. will take down Kansas because of Oden and connley.
