where would i go online to find house foreclosers in the harrison, arkansas area that you do not have to pay a membership fee to look at the houses and/or the prices of the houses

www.hud.gov The government lists them all, free.

I think the best way would be going to your local courthouse and checking the file. And/Or if you have someone in real estate you could talk to them and have them look it up for you. Some realators will charge you for this, and some won't. You will just have to look around. Sorry, I know this doesn't answer your question of where on the internet, but I've never found one that gives you full access for free.
