I sent a message to customer care about my email. I can recieve messages/attachments but when I open them there's nothing there, but the sender box. So they sent me an email to my yahoo! address that I said wasn't working. I told them to send it to my other emial account, I provided the address. Why didn't they just send me their answer to my problem to my other email?

They just sent me another email at my yahoo adress, but it is blank (although the scroll bar on the right was small, as if ther was something to be read *but there wasn't anything there*)

Alot of those messages are computer generated. I suppose that's dumb. A real person may or may not get back to you and your "alternate" email.
