Rain is evaporated water. First, water, such as oceans get evaporated. It rises into the air because it is less dense, or heavy. Then more and more evaporated water rise and they form clouds. Finally, too much evaporated water in a cloud, and the water would start falling from the cloud, therefore, it rains. Then this cycle starts all over again.
