Magnesium here is oxidised (it goes from 0 to +2); Hydrogen is reduced (+1 to 0)
The Mg half reaction is:
Mg--->Mg++ + 2e-
The Hydrogen half reaction is:
H+ +e- ----->H

Silver is reduced (it goes from +1 to 0) and Bromine is oxidized (-1 to 0).

Reduction half reaction:
Ag+ +e- ------->Ag
Oxidation half reaction:
Br- ----->Br +e-

Magnesium is going from 0 to +2...oxidized. Hydrogen from +1 to 0...reduced

Silver is going from +1 to 0....reduced. Bromine from -1 to 0...oxidized.

Hope this helps.
