Your friend had married the guy to get the required support, love and care on 1/19/07. Her husband is not fulfilling the expectations and must be lacking in giving the attention to her. She is in need of sound support and love and as it is not as per her expectations, she is again looking for other guy.
Please help your friend and the couple by asking her husband the reality. I am sure as soon as he starts caring and loving her, she will forget the other guy and this marriage will last life long.

Depends on the guy. If he is in love he will probably overlook a couple of trysts. Maybe there is something he is doing wrong and she needs support elswhere but does not want to leave yet. Maybe he is cheating on her. Answer to this question? Leave them alone, they will figure this thing out on their own. Believe me if he is paying any attention to her he already knows, I bet he is just waiting to see what happens and if this will become a habit on her part. If he doesn't put her in her place then I am sure he will leave her. I give them two years.

It depends on what kind of Marriage they have and what you count as marriage?. Is it one of those "open" marriages? If they separate but don't divorce, would you count it as married? Is her husband a blind sheep, doing her every bidding?
However, I would say "not long"

It's already done in her heart. Be a good friend( to her) and tell her husband. She might be pissed in the beggining, but it must be what she really wants. If she didn't want him to know she wouldn't do it.
