OK, so, lets get things straight. In the B5 universe, there is Babylon 5 the station, the Human-defense force, the Minbari fleet, and the Vorlons too. In TNG, there is the ENTIRE Federation, and you said, the Klingons too? (btw, Vulcans suck in the TNG universe, they don't have any ships...).
The only thing TNG would have to worry about would be the Vorlons. Human tech on B5 is without shields (EEK!), so send 1 galaxy-class ship through the jumpgate, have it arrive just out of range of the station's guns, and then fire about 5 photon torpedos directly at its engine core. The delay between the crew of B5 identifying the threat, and then activating the defenses would be long enough to let the Galaxy-class ship destroy the station without breaking a sweat.

The minbari and the vulcans would sit this one out - out of honour. Unless the humans convinced them to get onboard, in which case they would fight each other to the death for the same reason.
The vorlons would sit in their encounter suits and make cryptic one-liners ... as they do =P.
Leaving Picard and the klingons, and Sheridan. And the klingons will win 'cos they have an eight-chambered heart and NOTHING CAN STOP THEM. And they have Picard.

TNG because of Jordie. Come on Babylon 5 sucks. Are there any romulans in B5, was the Captian ever a Borg, Is Whoopie Goldberg a guest star, Was one of there cast members the former host of Reading Rainbow? ALL NO.
Best star trek series since the original. Best Sci Fi series in recent history. BEAT THAT
PS Sheridan is a PUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

The Shadow, Vorlons and Mimbari could sit this one out and still the Humans from B5 could kick the living crap out of the wussies from TNG.
While good ole' Jean Luc was weighing the prime directive issues in his little ethical world, Susan Ivanova would already would have the Enterprise exploding like a supernova.
