They have 7 total losses this season, 6 of them coming within an 8 game period. One to was Stanford, and another to California who arent even in the tourny. Does anyone know what their deal was. Were there sme people injured? Did they just have a bad streak.

I can't explain what happened to Oregon, maybe just bad luck. But Stanford is in the tourny, ranked 11th in the south region playing against 6th seeded louisville.

well a couple of factors... they played the longest stretch of road games of anyone in the ncaa 8 and lost 5 of them not because they were road games but because of travel fatigue and that fact that malik hairston, maarty luunen, and tjuan porter were all nursing minor injuries. traveling and injuries take a toll on you as a player but you saw what they did in the tourney and they wont have any problems playing on the road. oregon and texas a&m in the final oregon wins 75-70. remember that the ducks beat georgetown and washington state on the road.

inconsistency. they are a jump-shooting team, if it isn't falling, they lose to anyone (even winthrop in the tourney). their shot was off for that period pretty bad.
