I spent the last year and a half teaching in Asia. I recently came home within the last 2 months. Although I am currently employed (went back to my old job) I am looking for something that is more specific and that is attainable

Actually what I really need is someone to critique my Resume and offer advice on what would be a good area for me to pursue. Additionally, if there is something wrong with my resume?

I can forward my resume to those who offer their help.

I apologize for sounding a little desperate and lost.

Your help is kindly appreciated.

You can send it to me - I might not get back to you for a day or two, but I'll take a look.

Other option - go to a temp agency (Kelly, for instance) They will critique it for you. Or if you went to college? They will have a career center to help you too.

Also, those types of places will be able to help you with interview skills.

For the "Do-it-yourselfer" check the big job boards - Monster, CareerBuilder, HotJobs - they all have VERY good resume and interview advice.

Go to a bookstore, look in the business section.

You'll probably find several books about reumes. For about $ 25.00, you'll get the best advice you can get.
