I'm not looking for ivy league but something like Syracuse or B.U.?

It depends on a lot of factors.

Are you involved in any extra curricular activities, leadership roles, service activities, etc? If so, that's a plus.

How are you doing in those two classes? Obviously, you want to do well.

What other classes are you taking? Just because they aren't honors doesn't mean they aren't more difficult, and colleges notice this. Taking pre algebra-trig isn't as good as taking algebra/geometry-calculus.

Also, obviously, grades, test scores, reccomendations, and essays also play factors.

Depends on grades and test scores, but I'd say yes, probably.
