I have a problem wearing skirts, they always rise up in the back, and dip in the front.

Those skirts are too short for your body type. Skip pleated short skirts & look for low rise, softly formed skirts.

Same with some of my skirts... but what i do is i make sure that I always have a shirt that would cover that well... and every so often i go to the nearest bathroom and fix my skirt if i notice it.

Welcome to the club of the big booty! :-) My only suggestion is that you buy skirts that are longer in back that in front, so it evens out. Usually, I just don't wear skirts because of the rising problem.
