How can I get two metal bars from within each other?

I put two metal bars into each other the wrong way, anyone have any ideas on how I can pull them out from within each other...??

Are you saying you attached the ends of two metal pipes incorrectly, and want to know how to separate them? Are they hollow tubes? Try taking 2 pipe wrenches, and turn them opposite of each other. If you have access to a vise, cinch one pipe in the vise, and use a pipe wrench to spin the other pipe off. Take care with hollow pipes, you could distort or crush them if you use too much force.

without knowing size, shape, weight, etc... all I can say is try tweezers or needle nose pliers
