I immediately felt like he meant so say tinny winni or tiny pinch of salt .... or something like that but the word "PINNY" slipped ouT. So then I thought maybe someone said that to him, and so I got suspicious, since he did just come back home for lunch from a group karate workout class. Do you think there was some flirting going on there and so it was still fresh on his mind or do you really think he was just tongue-tied?

Sweetie, there will be a lot more signs that just a slip Pinny...or Penny... I don't think you should worry about it...You must not dig things up...marriage is a hard business as is, if you are going to watch every word he says and count every slip he makes, you two will have a long rocky road....

Please if there is any way possible, get it out of your mind...unless you can't trust him as far as you can through him....

I'm not familiar with whether that is slang for something else. If I had to guess, I would think he just had a slip of the tongue. If it does mean something sexual, then that would make it a Freudian slip.

good Lord, if you have to ask how much salt to use I'm surprised youre able to have a train of thought like this. Have you thought that it should be "penny" touch, as in 'a small amount'.
if you keep jumping to conclusions like that you will end up falling.
